About Me

I am an Oregon-based Professional Counselor Intern (LCPA) who brings a grounded and supportive approach to therapy. I graduated from Northwestern University in 2022. My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my background in financial counseling, where I observed a fundamental truth: lasting change in anyone's life, even financially, only happens when a genuine connection and trust are established. This core insight deeply informs my work today.

I specialize in psychodynamic therapy, and provide a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their inner world without judgment. I help clients understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence their present, believing that this deeper awareness is key to personal growth. My work focuses on helping individuals manage their emotions more effectively and cultivate stronger, more fulfilling relationships in all areas of their lives.

As an Professional Counseling Intern, I am committed to offering thoughtful, supervised care. I partner with clients to build a secure therapeutic relationship, providing a steady presence as they work towards transforming old patterns and building a more authentic and emotionally resilient future.

Outside of my professional work I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, playing sports (running, soccer, basketball), and being outside in nature.
